Dugout Coalition is a primary partner of BAM and FAM with the focused purpose of providing players and coaches with the resources to grow their mentality and knowledge of the game, both physically and mentally. 

Currently, Dugout Coalition offers weekly "Baseball/Softball School" via Zoom to all age athletes.  During these weekly sessions, topics range from Growth Mindset, Developing a Winning Culture, Creating Training Habits, Overcoming Failure, etc to more sport specific sessions such as Hitting Approach, Defensive Relays and Positioning, etc.  This is offered to players for $10/month as a subscription that grants access to all past, present, and future sessions.  IF YOUR PLAYER WANTS TO LEARN THE GAME AND GROW THEIR MINDSET, THIS IS A MUST FOR ALL AGE GROUPS.

On the Coaching front, Dugout Coalition is proud to offer Coaches Certification systems that equip baseball and softball staffs with in-game coaching techniques, practice planning templates, culture-driven drills and disciplines, and specific training within the many disciplines of the game.  ALL BAMFAM Coaches (Head and Assistants) are required to pass this training before they are officially cleared to coach games in the Spring season.
